CoinConnect is a fintech platform that unifies traditional banking and cryptocurrency into one seamless experience. We designed the complete brand identity: from logo construction and 3D mark to product UI, custom illustrations, icon library, and physical collateral. Every element was built to bridge two audiences: traditional banking users and crypto-native early adopters.

The brief, and what we shipped against it.

Two questions every case study answers.
Where the team was stuck, and how we got them unstuck.

The challenge

01

Most fintech platforms fall into one of two traps: they either look too corporate and cold, or too techy and intimidating for everyday users. CoinConnect needed a brand that felt trustworthy enough for banking, yet modern and approachable enough for a younger, crypto-native audience. The real challenge was building one identity that spoke to both without alienating either.

The solution

02

We built the brand around the concept of fluid connectivity. The logomark merges two interlocking C forms to create a symbol that references coins, the infinity sign, and a chain link. Capturing both sides of the product. The color system pairs deep institutional greens with vibrant secondary tones, while the typography and layout system keep everything structured and professional across digital and physical formats.

Building the Mark

The logo needed to communicate two ideas at once: the reliability of traditional finance and the limitless potential of crypto. We merged two interlocking C forms into a mark that evokes coins, infinity, and connection. One symbol that bridges both worlds.

A Visual System That Scales

Every element of the identity was designed to work across contexts, from a 16px favicon to a trade-show banner. The color palette pairs deep greens with secondary purple, magenta, and amber. Typography is set in Urbanist. Clean enough for UI, distinctive enough for marketing.

Designing the Product

With the brand system locked in, we moved into product design. The desktop landing page and mobile app carry the same visual language: bold green anchors, clean data displays, and purposeful whitespace that lets the interface breathe.

Beyond the Screen

A fintech brand lives in the real world too. We designed the debit card, business cards, ID badges, and marketing collateral. Every piece carrying the same identity system so the brand feels consistent whether someone sees it on a phone screen or in their wallet.

Most agencies would have split this across three teams. VERV HQ handled brand, product design, 3D, illustrations, and print. All with one point of contact. The result feels like one brain designed it, because one team did.
