Shipping policy
Regions
The founding release ships to Hong Kong first, with global tranches to follow. If your region is not open yet, join the waitlist and we’ll tell you the moment it is. Invite codes are validated against your delivery region at checkout.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within a few business days of confirmation. You’ll receive an email when your order is confirmed, and another when it ships. During a release window, processing may take slightly longer; we’ll tell you if it does.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with tracked couriers. Your dispatch email includes a tracking link so you can follow the delivery from our door to yours. If tracking shows a problem, write to us and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
Duties & taxes
Depending on your region, duties or import taxes may apply. Where possible these are shown and collected at checkout; otherwise they may be collected by the carrier on delivery. The exact treatment for your region is confirmed before you pay.
Returns
Different brains respond differently. We’d rather you put it on and find out for yourself. If it isn’t for you, returning it is straightforward; full details are at checkout. To start a return, write to support@domayn.com with your order number.
