Acceptance
By using this site or purchasing the Mask, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the one in force.
The product
The Mask is a consumer wellness product, not a medical device. It is sold as described on this site, together with the Domayn app, which is required to run sessions. Product details and specifications may be refined between releases; the description at the time of your order is the one that applies.
Invite codes & founding release
During the founding release, purchase requires a valid invite code. Codes are issued through Domayn’s channels, expire per their terms, and are validated at checkout. A code that has expired, reached its limit, or been issued for a different delivery region cannot be used. Codes are personal, carry no cash value, and may not be resold.
Purchases & payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency, and payment is collected at the time of order. Founding-release pricing applies only during the founding release. Details of returns and refunds are provided at checkout and in the shipping policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, photography, design, software, and the Domayn name and marks) belongs to Domayn or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domayn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the product. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
